Summer finally come knocking, and my first visit to the beech that's been so popular amongst Victorian? Not like I don't have enough beech from where I came from, but it's nice to visit some places that been so talk about isn't?
Going to Brighton Beach from Melbourne is not that hard at all. You need a Metcard (cost you $3.70-if you can finish your visit in 2-3 hours). Nonetheless I'll leave the costing part to yourself as I have no idea how fast you can walk.

If you are asking why Brighton Beach, well it's one of the nearest and with 'some' attractions, I'll show you later.
From Flinders Street Station take a train that says to Sandringham. Stop at Brighton Beach Station else you can also stop and Sandringham, which means you have to walk ALL the way back (or you can take the train again). The journey will take you say about 40 minutes?  When you get off the train, the beach is on your right hand side and you'll just need to cross the road and there you are, Brighton Beach. But you'll have to walk to the opposite direction where you came from in order to see all this colourful huts. It'll take you say 15 minutes to reach these huts providing you don't make too much and too long stops for pictures like me.
Nothing much is sold around here, so get yourselves adequate liquid and supplies for your journey and have fun!
*You don't need me to explain on how to get back are you?
