For a guy at the age of more then 30, his attitude does not resemble a little to himself. He look like a over grown kid. You see true happiness in his eyes, compare to his daily life. NOw i am not trying to sound "gay-ish" but well he is indeed a good freind of many. Now that he is somewhere on the other half of where i am sitting currently, writing on this "articles". Well, i wish him well and kicking.
Back to me-self, i suppose the next holiday trip will be to Payar Island, I will like the idea of able to take underwater picture. Also if Princess fancy some sun. I doubt!
look at Payar Island. Looking at the platform itself, i can already imageine back those days when Lao Seong was forced to jump in the water.
as i was using their services. It was second to nothing comparing price range. Please do not compare a Cruise with the boat i am in. For the price less then RM100 (two way ticket, from Penang to Langkawi and back) it's satisfaction guaranteed.
For RM 35.00 per person, it's over priced if you asked. Barely much thing to see except some penguins that you cant take picture with. Thanks to the super thick protective "glass", using flash will just reflect the flash and distort the
picture. Using night mode? Yeah right! if you can keep the penguin still. Somehow with this super thick glass you can still see tourists knocking on the glass and trying to "speak" to the penguins. They never seems to amused me, FUNNY! I guess human always try the impossible. I guess failing to take some nice picture is also down to myself, for not putting more efford into learning how to operate my SLR. Hey, nobody was born to be Einstein ey? I guess one thing i learn from this experience is that i seriously need a tripod stand.
one of the new attraction from Langkawi. It's not really bad, just below expectation. Malaysian, if you produce your ID card, you'll get a 10 bucks off your ticket. Apart from the heavy "fogging", everything was fine. At 705 meter, it was really hard to take picture, thanks to the heavy "fogging". If you want some nice picture, i will suggest that you stop by the mid hill and have your photo taken. We did try however to take picture at the top, but luck was not on our side, RAIN greeted us, never-the-less, we manage to get a few shot away before the rain moved in.
Driving Around The Island Speaking of food, i will only give a average rating on food in the island itself. Perhaps those who fancy Malay food, this will be a paradise. I wasnt really keen on eating outside nor at the hotel, but perhaps it was due to the distance from our hotel to the town that i take the risk of eating in the hotel rather then a 40 minute drive to the town. Anyway we were given a dinner buffet, so why waste right?
It was after visiting the cable car that we went exploring nearby area for food. We came to this restaurant called Pulau Pulau. We has doubt over the food so we went exploring nearby for other foods. I wanted to try this USSR food, but i was the minority, so we ended up back to PUlau Pulau Seafood Restaurant. We had some real good food which is not cheap, but still it's worth it.
