A lot can be said about Oxford, yet not much was known about this city. To much of the outside world, Oxford represents a city for higher education purposes only or so it's said. To be honest this is what I thought too before I visited Oxford. Though I cannot argue, when I heard the word Oxford or when I tell people I stayed in Oxford, they are very likely to ask: what you studied?
Like the old story goes, everything happened for a purpose. I ventured out to United Kingdom for the hope of realising one of my dream; namely visiting Anfield (YES the home of Liverpool FC), if you are asking, and I had more than I could have bargained for.
I started my journey to the heart of United Kingdom; London and meet up with my old pal Lao Seong. Matter of fact I was actually supposed to be crashing at BeeSim place but somehow I landed at the doorstep of Lao Seong. We had a few good round of beer and after a few days he found me a part time job at Oxford, and the rest is history.

Home to Harry Porter (Christ Church) and also the Gulliver's Travel (Blenheim Palace) and where Churchill resides, you tell me if this not a great place already.
And soon my adventure gets even more interesting, first my wife; girlfriend back then visited and then follwed by my sister-in-law; friend back then. We had our greatest time and me and my partner (sound confusing ain't) truly enjoyed our stay and sincerly we could call Oxford our second home.

At first I was sceptical about this place for it does scares me a bit for me not knowing anyone and I'll be staying back-packing style with some people that I don't know. But hey, it turned out to be a great adventure after all.
Oxford is literally littered with old buildings and castles, and man I loved them! My love for this place grew stronger and I was totally in love with this place when I found my own unit in Summertown, Oxford.
