I was taken to Kau San Road where most foreigner flock together for a drink. But apparently when we arrive, it's pretty messy as the police was chasing the illegal hawker away. So it's not a pretty nice place to be.

DAY FOUR - Koa Samed. First sight of Samed Island, doesn't look so amazing, perhaps due to the hypes been going around, however once I am in the room, thing start to look different. We got ourselves ready for beaches activities, we got a  "pick up" to pick us up and send us to Sae Keow Beach. By the way the place we are staying is Au Phrao. Koa Samed is basically divided into three beach/town.
Sae Keow - If you are looking at plenty of activities such as Banana Boat, Jet Ski, Canoe, Sun Tanning, Foot Massage. This part of the island is actually the most crowded and may I suggest if you want to 'crash' yourself at this place, do make early booking. Oh and the only 7-Eleven is located at this part of the island.
Von Deuang - The second busiest beach on this island. But may I warn you this place is more for a drink beside the beach as it has a very short beach. Basically you can enjoy your coffee or beer which having the waves crashing at your feet. It's that near, but rests assure its safe. Or that's what I was told.
Au Phrao - This beach is more of a laid back place where tanning is your priority and you are looking for a peace of mind. Bear in mind when I was there, a pub is under construction, so I am not sure how it's gonna be after this year (2007). However I believe it will still be laid back due to the environment there.
Like I said before I did not manage to get the tanning I was looking forward and worst was sea was too choppy, even a Jet Ski ride was not enjoyable. However I still manage to relax and had a few drink and forget what is working for a while.
Overall I will still give this island a 7/10 for the fact I believe if the sea was not so choppy, it will be a really nice place to relax and have fun.
After a nice holiday at the island, its time to be home and I have no regret travelling three and a half hour to the island. It's worth it although now I have to travel three and half back to the place I came from.
This time around I finally manage to visit Wat Phra Keow. To be frank I thought I am gonna miss it again. Well the temple close for entrance at 3pm and will close at appx 5pm (Thai time) I reach the place at appx 3pm, well I guess this time around I do have the luck to visit the temple as I manage to go in and even completely visit the place, well almost. It definitely a amazing place with all those glitters, golden stuff and stuff meant for the royals'. I even got a FREE tour guide to the temple; well I actually "tagged" along a tour guide while he was leading a group of Englishmen
DAY ONE - Bangkok, reach Bangkok just before lunch hour. Somehow I have no idea it seems every time I am about to go for a holiday I will somewhat fall sick. Speaking of weather, AMAZINGLY Bangkok is at 28 Celsius on the afternoon and appx. 20 Celsius by night falls. Some even had scarf on!

Did some last minute shopping as to what we might need but don't have for our trip to Koa Samed. Oh thank you for asking, I am still not well actually, but still alive.
I ended my holiday with a tour of how Thais celebrate their King birthday and its amazing. Check out the photos to understand. A little shopping back in Bangkok, not much I bought as I don't see anything I need, but lucky for princess she manage to grab TWO pairs of Nine West shoe. Ouch! Not fair. But well she planned this trip for me and it's just fair to let her enjoyed a bit. Oh yeah we manage to get a few perfume from the airport thou, NICE!
